Job Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling company payments, VAT schedules, SAP accounting operations, month-end provisions, and maintaining compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and process company payments according to company policies and timelines
• Prepare and maintain monthly VAT schedules ensuring tax compliance
• Manage the MIRO process in SAP for vendor invoices
• Post month-end provision entries accurately within deadlines
• Scan and attach documents to the system while maintaining proper filing for audits and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting operations
• Exposure to SAP accounting systems preferred
• Proficiency in SAP (FI module)
• Strong knowledge of VAT compliance and accounting principles
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Understanding of payment processing and tax compliance
• Ability to manage month-end closing activities
