Job Overview

The selected candidate will manage and maintain Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems to support sales operations, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency through automation and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems
• Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports
• Provide user support and training for sales teams
• Monitor data quality through validations and audits
• Analyze sales processes and recommend automation improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations / CRM / SFA system management
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
