Job Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s presence within the HORECA segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business within the food service (HORECA) segment
• Identify and onboard new customers including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering services
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements
• Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Conduct regular market visits within assigned territories
• Ensure timely collection of payments and manage receivables
• Plan and execute promotional activities and product placements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the HORECA or food service sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories
• Age below 35 years
