Guardian Group of Companies is a well-established business group operating in Sri Lanka. Their automotive division, Guardian Auto Spares, is located at Kothalawala, Kaduwela, Colombo. The company is looking to expand its dynamic sales team with a motivated individual who has a passion for the automotive spare parts industry.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience is required.
- Experience in the automotive or auto spare parts industry will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work towards sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
- Having a motorcycle with a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team with a positive and proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with quotations, purchasing, and stock handling.
- Identify sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
- Support day-to-day in-house sales operations at the Guardian Auto Spares outlet.
