Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Professional qualification in the relevant field from a recognised university or institute.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- For the Guest Relations Officer role, proficiency in Russian or French language is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences in line with the resort’s service standards.
- Perform duties specific to the applied role (Housekeeping, Kitchen, F&B, Finance, or Front Office).
- Maintain cleanliness, quality, and presentation standards across all areas.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold the values and brand standards of Beruwala Resorts PLC at all times.
