💼 Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and staff
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, letters)
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Assist in general administrative and front-office tasks
• Perform other duties assigned by management

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Pleasant personality with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
• G.C.E O/L (preferably with 5 credits) or
  G.C.E A/L qualification (minimum 3 passes)
• Previous experience in a receptionist/front desk role (preferred)
• Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration or Customer Service is an advantage
