Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is seeking a dynamic and well-organized Radiology Medical Coordinator to support the smooth operation of its Radiology Unit and deliver an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments, patient flow, and daily activities of the Radiology Unit.
• Handle patient inquiries, scheduling of investigations, and report follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records, departmental reports, and documentation.
• Support timely billing coordination and efficient service turnaround.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and communication.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a hospital, medical centre, or diagnostic unit will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and report preparation skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Pleasant personality with a strong commitment to patient care.
