Job Overview

Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its leadership team and play a key role in driving sustainable growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding its presence in the healthcare industry.

The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships, and lead initiatives that drive revenue growth and strengthen Nawaloka Hospitals’ market position.

Required Qualifications

• Background in Business, Marketing, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience and industry knowledge will be highly valued.
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth targets and building strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop winning strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and promote new hospital service packages based on patient needs and market opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly service, revenue, and growth targets.
• Identify underutilized hospital services and implement strategies to improve utilization and revenue generation.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, corporate clients, patients, and key stakeholders to drive referrals and service utilization.
• Engage patients, explain services/packages, and support conversion opportunities.
• Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends while coordinating with medical, operational, and marketing teams for successful service promotions.
