🎯 Job Role

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, tender processes, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and tender documents 📑
• Invite tenders and evaluate contractor bids
• Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and clients 🤝
• Monitor project costs and financial performance
• Conduct quantity take-offs for accurate estimation
• Analyze repair and maintenance costs for optimization
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–4 years experience in quantity surveying or cost management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English & Sinhala
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
