Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Chartered Engineer status is mandatory.
• Minimum of 15 years of work experience in the construction industry.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar Project Manager capacity.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.
• Familiarity with modern construction methodologies and industry technologies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Deliver the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions to address delays and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Implement and maintain Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards throughout the project.
• Lead project teams to achieve operational and project objectives.
