Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Statistics from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
• Strong IT skills with advanced knowledge of:

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze movements in the General Insurance business and prepare management information and reports.
• Develop Python-based applications and automation tools for branch-level and policy-level profitability analysis.
• Perform data reconciliation and validate data transfers between core insurance systems and accounting databases.
• Prepare analytical datasets and validate General Insurance data.
• Support advanced statistical analysis using Generalized Linear Models (GLMs) and Machine Learning techniques.
• Assist with finance-related automation initiatives.
• Perform actuarial and analytical duties assigned by management.
