Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Inventory Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a recognized organization.
• Exposure to manufacturing operations and inventory management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability while preventing overstocking and shortages.
• Coordinate with factory teams to maintain reorder levels and reorder quantities for critical stock items.
• Manage production documentation, including Picking Lists, Delivery Notes, and Invoices.
• Ensure complete traceability of all dispatched finished goods.
• Maintain effective communication with factory and Head Office teams to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Support inventory accuracy and continuously improve stock management processes.
• Assist in coordinating production operations for smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping related to inventory and dispatch activities.
