Job Description

Integrity Associates (Pvt) Ltd, a leading company based in Colombo, is looking for a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to oversee project activities and ensure timely delivery of construction and engineering projects.

The selected candidate will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage project timelines, and ensure smooth execution of housing, renovation, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills along with practical field experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction and engineering project activities
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Work closely with site teams, engineers, and clients
• Monitor progress of housing, renovation, and MEP projects
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
• Identify and resolve project-related issues efficiently

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Qualification in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying (BSc / HND / NDT / NDTT / TTI or equivalent)
• Proven experience in housing projects, renovation works, and MEP
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Age below 45 years
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Colombo and suburbs
