Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should ideally possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial banking experience, including branch operations with exposure to pawning.
• Good knowledge of the Bank’s products and services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Experience in branch banking operations and pawning services.
• Ability to work efficiently in a customer-focused banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all pawning activities at the Moratuwa Branch.
• Support daily branch operational functions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while handling pawning transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Process and maintain accurate records of pawning transactions.
• Assist customers with pawning-related inquiries and services.
• Support branch management in achieving operational and service excellence.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
