Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in intimate apparel manufacturing is a must
- Proven experience in pattern making and garment construction
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Fashion Design or a related field will be an added advantage
- Candidates residing in or around Nugegoda are preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify patterns for intimate apparel
- Prepare accurate patterns and technical specifications
- Ensure proper garment fit, measurements and construction
- Coordinate with sampling and production teams
- Make pattern adjustments based on fitting feedback
- Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the pattern development process
Required Skills
- Knowledge of measurements, grading and fitting techniques
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
