Qualifications & Experience
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same industry with a proven track record
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
- Computer literacy – MS Excel and other office applications
- Proven hands-on experience in team and people management is essential
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a production line team to meet targets
- Manage people and day-to-day line operations effectively
- Use ERP and office applications for reporting and planning
Required Skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
