Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Physical Science, Operations Management, Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Relevant academic or practical exposure to the role
Key Responsibilities
- Support leadership teams in identifying automation opportunities
- Optimize machine usage
- Prepare accurate SMV calculations for new styles
- Assist in resolving production-related concerns
- Clarify sewing methods and drive process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes
