Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management
- Age: 35–45 years
- 10–12 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading 3PL or retail logistics warehouse operations
- Experience in temperature-controlled operations or FMCG logistics will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse and logistics operations in line with business objectives and customer expectations
- Drive productivity, cost optimization, resource utilization and operational excellence
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Lead workforce planning, capacity management and operational resource allocation
- Ensure inventory accuracy, service quality and compliance with safety, food safety and quality standards
- Develop operational leaders through coaching, performance management and capability development
- Drive Lean, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration, customer satisfaction and supply chain performance
- Manage operational risks, audits and corrective actions to ensure sustainable business performance
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation and continuous improvement
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and proven skills in team management
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams, delegating responsibilities and driving operational performance
- Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills
