The role oversees end-to-end operational governance of LB CIM, ensuring operational stability, regulatory compliance, effective risk management and seamless coordination across business, technology and control functions.

Qualifications & Experience
- A degree or professional qualification in Banking, Finance, Business Management, IT or a related field with three to five years’ experience
- Relevant experience in fintech operations, digital payments, banking operations or financial services
- Sound knowledge of CBSL regulatory requirements, payment systems, operational risk and internal controls
- Experience in audit coordination, transaction dispute management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day digital business operations, back-office processes and service continuity
- Ensure compliance with applicable CBSL regulations, payment system rules and internal policies
- Coordinate with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Audit and Operations teams
- Oversee payment disputes, transaction reversals, settlements and customer issue resolution
- Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, operational risk management and process documentation
- Drive process improvements, operational reporting, staff training and new fintech initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail
