Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

• Should have sat for the General Certificate of Education (G.C.E.) Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 45 Years
• Maximum age limit will not apply to internal applicants.

General Requirements

• Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
• Should be physically and mentally fit to perform assigned duties.
• Must possess good character.
• Ability to work efficiently in an office environment.
• Previous experience in office support or administrative assistance will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general office support and assistance to administrative staff.
• Handle filing, document distribution, and record maintenance duties.
• Assist with office operations and routine administrative tasks.
• Deliver documents and correspondence within the organization when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas.
• Support meetings, events, and office-related activities.
• Assist in handling incoming and outgoing documents.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Scale

PL-1 Salary Code: PL-1 Rs. 40,500/- – 450 x 10,490 x 10,540 x 7,590 x 15 = Rs. 62,530/-

• Initial monthly salary of Rs. 38,488/- will be paid from the date of recruitment according to Schedule II.

Allowances

• Cost of Living Allowance – Rs. 17,800/-
• Monthly Food Allowance based on attendance.
• Monthly Attendance Incentive.
• Monthly Transport Allowance – Rs. 1,800/-.
