Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nurses
• Helping patients with mobility and transfers
• Maintaining a clean and safe patient environment
• Documenting patient care activities accurately
• Providing compassionate support and companionship to patients

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Good communication skills (English and Sinhala/Tamil preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to assist and move patients safely
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Nursing or a related field (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous healthcare experience will be an added advantage
