Job Overview
Fusion MSL is hiring a results-driven Business Development Specialist for its Visa Concierge division. This is a field-focused, commission-driven corporate sales role ideal for energetic professionals with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
The company is looking for a “hunter” mindset candidate who can aggressively build pipelines, close deals, and grow corporate partnerships related to visa and global mobility services.

Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Building and managing a strong corporate sales pipeline
- Developing relationships with HR leaders, executive assistants, mobility managers, and corporate decision-makers
- Converting leads into successful business deals
- Negotiating and closing corporate partnerships
- Gathering market intelligence and competitor insights
- Driving business growth across mid-market and enterprise sectors
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Minimum 3+ years of corporate sales experience
- Proven track record of selling to Sri Lankan mid- and large-scale companies
- Strong professional network including HRs, PAs, secretaries, and corporate stakeholders
- Experience working with expats, expat-owned businesses, or the IT sector is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Age 45 years or below
