Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Leading and supervising nursing teams

• Handling emergencies and adapting to patient needs
• Maintaining proper communication with multidisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Active registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC)
• More than 10 years of clinical nursing experience
• Prior experience in government hospitals is an advantage
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
