🎯 Key Responsibilities

👩‍⚕️ Patient Care

• Assist patients with hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Support mobility (repositioning, transferring, walking assistance)
• Measure and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse)
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes

🤝 Support & Environment

• Provide emotional support to patients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Ensure patient confidentiality and safety

🏥 Administrative Duties

• Handle reception duties during shifts
• Manage appointments and patient flow
• Answer calls and assist with basic admin tasks
• Maintain records and logs

🚑 Additional Tasks

• Assist in medical camps and outreach programs
• Support nurses with routine procedures

✅ Qualifications

• 🎓 NVQ Level 4 in Nursing (or equivalent)
• 📘 G.C.E O/L or IGCSE
• ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification
• 💻 Basic IT skills (EHR systems, scheduling tools)
• 💼 Healthcare or admin experience (advantage)
• 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 🤝 Ability to work independently & in a team
• 💙 Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

🕒 Working Conditions

• ⏰ Shift Basis:
  • Day: 7.00 AM – 7.00 PM
  • Night: 7.00 PM – 7.00 AM
• 🏋️ Physically active role (patient handling)
• 🏥 Exposure to clinical environments (PPE required)
