🧾 Job Description

The role involves managing sewing production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of production targets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Manage day-to-day sewing operations across production lines
• ✔ Monitor line performance and ensure production targets are met
• ✔ Support line planning, machine allocation, and manpower distribution
• ✔ Maintain quality standards and minimize defects
• ✔ Work with Quality team to resolve production issues
• ✔ Improve efficiency and productivity across lines
• ✔ Ensure proper line balancing and workflow optimization
• ✔ Coordinate with cutting, finishing, and other departments
• ✔ Supervise line supervisors and operators
• ✔ Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
• ✔ Prepare production reports and records

👤 Candidate Profile

• 🎓 3–5 years experience in garment manufacturing (sewing operations preferred)
• 🧵 Strong knowledge of sewing processes & machine handling
• 📊 Understanding of production planning & line balancing
• 👥 Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• ⏱ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• 🧠 Good problem-solving & decision-making skills
• 💻 Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP systems preferred)
• 🗣 Good communication skills
