🧾 Job Description

The IE Manager will lead industrial engineering operations, focusing on efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and lean manufacturing strategies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Lead and manage Industrial Engineering activities across the plant
• ✔ Analyze production processes and implement efficiency improvements
• ✔ Conduct time studies, method studies, and line balancing
• ✔ Optimize workflows and plant layouts
• ✔ Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• ✔ Monitor KPIs related to productivity and cost savings
• ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• ✔ Train and mentor IE team members
• ✔ Advise senior management on IE strategies and innovations

👤 Candidate Profile

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing or related field
• 📊 Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role
• 🎯 Strong exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement
• 👥 Proven leadership and team management skills
• 🧠 Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• 🗣 Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
• ⚡ Ability to make strategic decisions in fast-paced environments
• 🎂 Age below 45 years
