Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots for campus events, student life, and promotional campaigns
• Edit raw footage into high-quality promotional videos, reels, social media clips, and event highlights
• Create engaging motion graphics, animated logos, and text animations for digital advertisements and social media content
• Develop multimedia content to strengthen brand identity and support marketing campaigns
• Organize and maintain a library of digital assets including photos, videos, and graphics
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative multimedia projects

Candidate Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Film, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 2–3 years of proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multimedia production and motion graphics work
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut Pro
• Experience with motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects
• Strong skills in photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Familiarity with camera operation and multimedia equipment
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and color grading
• Excellent creativity and ability to meet deadlines
