Job Responsibilities

• Support housing loan title examinations and mortgage bond executions
• Handle mortgage bond execution for housing and vehicle loans
• Manage post-execution legal matters and related documentation
• Attend to legal recovery work when required
• Provide legal advice to staff, loan units, and loan applicants
• Ensure compliance with legal and advisory service standards
• Conduct in-house title checking and clearing document handling
• Coordinate with panel lawyers while maintaining statutory compliance
• Maintain high service quality standards and SLA compliance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

• Attorney-at-Law qualification is mandatory
• Preferably completed LLB qualification
• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in the legal field
• Experience in conveyancing, company law, and legal drafting/documentation
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector preferred
• Awareness of corporate, economic, banking, and legal environment changes
• Ability to balance multiple objectives and stakeholder demands
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
