🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage all MEP quantity surveying activities from project start to completion
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Review drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with design and project teams
• Ensure accuracy in costing and quantity measurements

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
  (NDT, NCT or equivalent qualifications with experience also accepted)
• Minimum 3 years experience in MEP quantity surveying
• Experience with consultancy firms is preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Mechanical systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with CAD software is an added advantage
• Knowledge of quantity surveying measurement methods
• Willingness to work on weekends when required
