📖 Job Description

Sri Lanka Telecom is seeking motivated and creative individuals to join its Marketing Team across multiple key areas including Enterprise Key Account Management, Brand Marketing, and Product Development.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customer accounts
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support brand marketing campaigns, content coordination, and digital initiatives
• Enhance brand visibility through strategic marketing activities
• Assist in product development by analyzing customer insights and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication, creativity, and analytical thinking skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

🎓 Required Qualifications

✔️ Educational Requirements

• G.C.E. (O/L) with 6 passes in one sitting (including Sinhala/Tamil, English & Mathematics)
• G.C.E. (A/L) with 3 passes in one sitting

AND

• Diploma in Marketing from SLIM (Graduate Diploma Level) / CIM Part II
  OR Advanced Diploma equivalent to NVQ Level 6 / SLQF Level 4 or above
  from a recognized university or institute

✔️ Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing / Account Management (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English (spoken & written)
• Creative thinking and analytical mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
