🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, posters, and digital creatives
• Support senior designers and marketing team with creative tasks
• Create thumbnails, templates, and brand visuals aligned with trends
• Assist in short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) editing or production
• Research design trends, AI tools, and competitor content
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms
• Organize and manage design files efficiently

🧠 Candidate Requirements

• Basic experience or strong interest in Graphic Design
• Good knowledge of:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Canva
  • Basic After Effects (plus point)
• Understanding of layout, color, and typography
• Familiarity with social media design trends
• Knowledge of AI design tools (Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) is an advantage
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
