Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Insurance, Business Management, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of General Insurance principles.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of outsourcing agreements and third-party risk management.
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and English.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written communication and reporting abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle miscellaneous lines of business insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare clear, professional claim documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Negotiate claim settlements and resolve claim-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records throughout the claims process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support team members with ad hoc tasks and departmental activities as required.
