The selected candidate will support daily financial operations, manage cash and payment transactions, maintain financial records and assist with reconciliations, audits and month-end activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fully or partly qualified in AAT or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in cashiering, finance or administration.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively under deadlines.
• Previous experience in handling cash and financial transactions will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash and payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain receipts, financial records and petty cash balances.
• Prepare daily reconciliations and financial reports.
• Ensure timely deposits and payment processing.
• Support finance operations, audits and month-end activities.
• Maintain accuracy, compliance and confidentiality in all financial transactions.
• Assist with maintaining proper accounting documentation and records.
• Support the finance team with day-to-day administrative and accounting activities.
• Ensure financial transactions are processed according to company procedures.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.
