Qualifications & Experience
- Fully completed G.C.E. A/L in any stream
- A diploma in Administration, Business Management, Procurement or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration, procurement or inventory management
- Valid driving licence with motorcycle
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stationery requests, stock and inventory
- Coordinate supplier quotations, purchase orders and approvals
- Arrange deliveries and process supplier payments
- Prepare monthly cost and usage reports
- Coordinate janitorial agreements and asset records
- Conduct premises inspections and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills
- Good computer literacy, particularly in MS Office
- Excellent communication, coordination, organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare accurate reports and maintain proper documentation
- Ability to solve problems effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team
