Qualifications & Experience

• Age: Below 21 years of age.
• Sat for G.C.E. (A/L), Edexcel, or Cambridge (A/L) Examination, or currently awaiting results.
• Educational Requirements (Option 1): Passed six subjects with four “C” passes, including Mathematics, along with an “A” or “B” pass for English in a single sitting at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination.
• Educational Requirements (Option 2): Passed six subjects with three “B” passes (including English and Mathematics) and three “C” passes in a single sitting at the Edexcel or Cambridge Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist branch and department teams with operational, administrative, and documentation tasks.
• Support customer service inquiries and standard front-office or back-office procedures.
• Maintain records, manage clerical duties, and organize physical and digital filing systems.
• Observe and participate in routine retail and corporate banking workflows to develop domain knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional banking units to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Good numerical literacy and analytical skills.
• Sound computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheet and word processing tools.
• Positive attitude, interpersonal adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Professional conduct, integrity, and attention to detail.
