Qualifications & Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field
- Basic proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager would be an advantage
- Familiarity with CapCut, Mailchimp, WordPress or website management would be an added advantage
- A portfolio of creative designs or social media content would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating social media content and marketing creatives for multiple brands using Canva and graphic design skills
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, promotional materials and digital/print assets aligned with brand guidelines, using Canva to create and resize designs across formats
- Create fresh content from existing and archived photos to keep social media feeds engaging and up to date
- Assist in managing and scheduling content across multiple venues and businesses through Meta Business Suite
- Assist in developing monthly social media content calendars for multiple venues/businesses
- Create content using Canva and use CapCut to edit videos and create engaging, trending reels
- Assist with planning and running paid campaigns through Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
- Write engaging captions and social media copy using relevant trending hashtags tailored to each business
- Monitor social media trends and contribute relevant, creative content ideas
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of marketing content and campaigns
- Assist with website updates and EDM creation where required
Required Skills
- Strong interest in social media management, content creation and digital marketing
- Good understanding of social media platforms, current trends, copywriting and visual content creation
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage deadlines and adapt to different brands
