🎯 Role Overview

• Lead and enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Drive security strategies aligned with business and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with CBSL regulations and global standards
• Work closely with leadership on group-level security governance

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve ISMS frameworks 🔐
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and audit requirements
• Manage end-to-end information security risk programs
• Oversee vulnerability management, testing, and remediation
• Monitor and validate SOC alerts and incident responses
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives (e.g., DLP, risk mitigation)
• Build and promote a strong organizational security culture
• Collaborate with Group CISO and senior stakeholders

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:
  • Information Security
  • Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering
• Professional certifications (preferred):
  • CISSP
  • CISM
  • CRISC
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in information security
• At least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of:
  • ISO 27001
  • PCI DSS
  • NIST frameworks
