Qualifications & Experience
- Age below 45 years
- Diploma qualification or certificate in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience at a star-class hotel
- Communication skills in English
- Front office candidates should have front office operation and basic housekeeping experience
Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Staff (Chef de Partie and Commis)
- Prepare Eastern and Western foods, including fine dining preparations and presentation, for set menu and a la carte meals
- Maintain food quality, service standards, presentation, cost control and hygiene in the relevant departments
- Maintain proper stock and purchasing practice for the above positions
Front Office and Restaurant
- Welcome and assist guests as Guest Relations Executive or Front Office Executive
- Provide courteous service as Senior Waiter, Waiter or Assistant Waiter
Required Skills
- Good English communication
- Hotel industry experience
- Teamwork and guest service skills
