Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high operational standards and drive excellent customer service daily
- Monitor staff progress, evaluate performance reports and conduct appraisals
- Prepare monthly sales reports, manage food costs and oversee the P&L
- Supervise food preparation with the head chef to ensure top food quality
- Ensure strict team compliance with sanitation, hygiene and food safety standards
Required Skills
- Strong leadership skills, performance management, coaching and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise with all employees and customers at all levels
