Head of Administration – Siyapatha Finance PLC
Siyapatha Finance PLC, the largest subsidiary of Sampath Bank PLC, is seeking a high-caliber professional for the role of Head of Administration.
The Job (Key Responsibilities)

Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee administrative operations across the Head Office and branch network to ensure efficiency and service excellence.

Facility & Expansion Management: Manage facilities, new branch openings, branch expansion, and service agreements.

Compliance: Ensure all administrative functions comply with Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) regulations and internal governance policies.

Financial Oversight: Control administration budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives.

Risk & Safety: Strengthen risk controls, workplace safety, and business continuity support.

Vendor Management: Oversee asset control and vendor performance in line with industry standards.
The Person (Qualifications & Experience)

Experience: More than 12 years of experience in administration/operations.

Seniority: At least 5+ years must be in a senior role within a Bank or NBFI in Sri Lanka.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications: An MBA, CIMA, or CIM qualification is preferred.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial sector regulations and corporate governance practices.

Skills: Proven leadership, vendor management capabilities, and strong analytical, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
