Qualifications & Experience

• Successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
• Age below 35 years.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• Willingness to work on a roster basis, including night shifts.
• Previous experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare inpatient bills and settlement documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with insurance companies regarding patient claims.
• Process and maintain documentation related to insurance collections.
• Provide professional assistance to patients and visitors to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing and claim processing.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and administrative procedures.
