🎯 Job Profile / Key Responsibilities

• Achieve branch lending & deposit targets and individual business goals
• Manage and develop branch gold loans portfolio
• Maintain required Weighted Average IRR levels
• Take ownership of branch recoveries and NPA control
• Initiate and participate in field promotions and campaigns
• Oversee branch administration including cash handling, security, and operations
• Ensure proper management of branch fixed assets and records
• Monitor branch performance based on KPIs and implement corrective actions
• Ensure profitability and financial growth of the branch

🧠 Candidate Profile / Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Credit Management / Management / Marketing (added advantage)
• Minimum 5+ years experience in marketing, recoveries, or administration
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality
• Self-motivated with ability to perform under pressure
• Proven experience in leading marketing-focused teams
• Fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
• Preference for candidates from Kalmunai or nearby region
