The selected candidates will play a key role in coaching, strategy development, player growth, and improving team performance across all domestic cricket formats. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for professionals passionate about cricket development and high-performance coaching.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🏏 Coaching & Performance

• Lead the men’s cricket program and long-term performance strategy
• Plan and implement high-performance training programs
• Develop match strategies and in-game decision-making processes
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans

👥 Player Development

• Identify and nurture emerging cricket talent
• Oversee player fitness, skills, and mental resilience
• Ensure player welfare and continuous development

🤝 Team Leadership

• Foster a professional and disciplined team culture
• Collaborate with captains, coaching staff, and medical teams
• Motivate players and maintain high team morale

🔍 Scouting & Recruitment

• Identify talent gaps and evaluate local/national players
• Support squad selection processes

🗂️ Administrative Duties

• Plan training schedules and coordinate facilities
• Manage coaching budgets and resources
• Ensure compliance with league rules and safety standards

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Head Coach or Senior Coach in professional/semi-professional cricket
• Demonstrated success in developing players and teams 🏆
• Level 3 Coaching Accreditation
• Strong coaching track record and leadership skills
• Experience in talent identification and development
• First-class cricket playing experience (mandatory)
• Experience representing national teams (advantage)
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of modern cricket technologies and analytics
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
