🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🔧 Perform general maintenance and repair work within the premises
• ⚡ Handle electrical, plumbing, and minor civil/masonry work
• ❄️ Support installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of AC systems
• 🔍 Identify faults and carry out timely repairs
• 🚨 Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• 🛡️ Ensure all work is completed safely and according to standards
• 🤝 Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers

✅ Key Requirements

• 🎓 NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in a technical field
• 🛠️ Proven experience in general maintenance work
• 🔧 Basic knowledge in one or more areas:
  • Air Conditioning systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Plumbing
  • Masonry / Civil maintenance
• 🧠 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• 🤝 Ability to work independently and in a team
• 🛡️ Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious
