Qualifications & Experience
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in land or real estate field work will be an advantage
- Must possess a valid riding licence and own a motorbike
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and coordinate with local authorities and utility service providers (Water Board, CEB, UDA, etc.) to obtain necessary project approvals
- Submit and follow up on application documents and approvals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely progress of approval processes
- Support the project and engineering teams with field-related documentation
Required Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with government and utility institutions
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Good record-keeping and follow-up skills
