Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum A/L qualification
- Good computer literacy (MS Excel and ERP system knowledge is an advantage)
- Proven relevant or similar experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily production data into the system accurately and on time
- Maintain and update records, logs and reports
- Coordinate with production supervisors to collect required information
- Verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support the production team with documentation and related administrative tasks
Required Skills
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work on the production floor environment
- Willing and able to work on a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
