Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and process spare parts sales orders accurately
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely dispatch and stock monitoring
• Maintain sales records, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Support sales targets and promotional activities related to spare parts

Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification
• Professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain (added advantage)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in spare parts sales or a similar role
• Good knowledge of automotive spare parts (preferred)
• Basic computer literacy including MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
