🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🏢 Oversee daily operations of the mall/building
• 🛡️ Supervise security operations ensuring safety for tenants & customers
• 🧹 Manage janitorial and maintenance services
• ✅ Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance at all times
• 🚨 Identify and control suspicious/unwanted activities
• 🤝 Coordinate with security teams, contractors, and service providers
• 🏬 Handle tenant/shop owner coordination (complaints & requests)
• ⚖️ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures
• 🔍 Conduct regular inspections and report issues
• 📊 Maintain daily reports and incident records
• 🚑 Respond effectively to emergencies

👤 Candidate Profile

• 👮 Ex-Police / Ex-Forces / Security background (added advantage)
• 📅 Minimum 5 years experience in facility management / mall operations / security supervision
• 🗣️ Strong communication skills (English & Sinhala, Tamil is a plus)
• 🤝 Leadership and conflict-handling skills
• 🧠 Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• ⏰ Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
