- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification with experience
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities
- Handle telemarketing calls with existing and potential customers
- Understand customer needs and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure customer requirements and organizational objectives are fulfilled
- Handle multidisciplinary tasks as required
Required Skills
- Self-motivated, dynamic and result-oriented
- Ability to handle multidisciplinary work
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments
- Fluent English communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
