Executive (Payroll) – Sunshine Holdings PLC
Sunshine Holdings PLC is looking for an Executive – Payroll to join their team and manage staff payment duties.
Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing: Gather pay-related information and compute pay amounts in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies.

Coordination: Liaise with business units, payroll service providers, government authorities, and insurance brokers to ensure timely processing of staff payments.

Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities remain within set parameters and applicable labour laws.

Record Keeping: Maintain necessary records regarding payments made.

Reporting: Prepare and submit various payroll-related reports to management.
Personal Profile

Education: Degree in HRM or an equivalent professional qualification.

Experience: Minimum of 01 year of work experience specifically in payroll management.

Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of MS Excel is required.

Competencies: Must have a flair for numbers.

Added Advantage: Basic knowledge of accounting is considered a plus.
